We have been super happy with Work and it has made our workflow better than ever. The job management has improved our timelines and helped mitigate errors that can become common in small businesses. Work also is very user friendly and offers editing options to fit your specific needs. Since starting with Work, we have been able to play with the program to meet our expectations, as well as edit certain features to best fit our companies workflow. We also appreciate when we have a concern or a potential change to make the program better, VCG listens and makes the appropriate changes to fit our industry. Overall, Work has made our lives easier, and we have been super happy since joining the program.
We have been using the VCG Work My Jobs project management platform since its inception and have found it to be a beneficial resource for our in person and remote team members. VCG has been responsive to our feedback as they developed added functionality, like job costing and time tracking features, and we value its import/export compatibility with QuickBooks. This resource has brought accessibility and greater organization to our work flow at a price point our small shop can manage.
We have been using the WORK software in our company for a few months now. It has been a valuable tool to help us keep track of scheduling, pricing and customers. The software is very versatile and we were able adapt it to our company needs. Though we are only a smaller 10 person company now I see this software helping us to keep up with the growth we hope to achieve.
