I was highly satisfied. Norm was very patient, explained everything clearly and eagerly assisted me on several occasions within the same hour/day. ? He actually explained several items to me and to which our company signed up for the product. I am not confident this would have happened if he had not been so helpful. Many kudos to Norm !!
